Site evaluations are conducted in order to:

• elevation, drainage & general topography
  
• advise on weed control 
• to determine the initial site preparation requirements
• the locality of municipal site furnishings
• measurements are taken on site for comparison to the construction plan
• photographs for reference purposes
• identify alien invasive plants present on site
• identification of pests & diseases
